I take on a select number of 1:1 patients because I believe you deserve my full attention, dedication, and the best of my expertise. Delivering this level of care requires time, focus,
and an ongoing commitment to staying at the forefront of new research findings.I’ve pursued extensive education to support this mission. I studied Nutritional Therapy at the Nutritional Therapy Association and hold a Master’s degree in Hormonal Health and Functional Fertility, as well as a postgrad in Human Microbiome from Regenera University.
But my journey hasn’t stopped there. I’ve also completed certifications in Intermittent Fasting, Vulvovaginal Health, an Integrative Approach to Endometriosis, SIBO, Pain Neuroscience Education, and Psychoneuroimmunology, to name just a few.
Additionally, I am a certified birth doula through DONA International and hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification from Rishikul Yogshala in Kerala, India.
Fun fact: Before dedicating my life to women’s health, I earned a BA in International Studies and a BA in Political Science from Dominican University, followed by a Master’s degree in Latin American Studies from Stanford University.
